Inochicon 2010

Inochicon saw it's first year in Philadelphia at the Loews Hotel in Center City. I attended the con on Saturday but had various camera issues and was shamefully resigned to using my 3.2 mp cellphone camera. There was a great turn-out with various street fashions being represented, and a lot of cosplays as well. This is just a small (low picture quality) offering of what was seen at the con. It's a shame I didn't have my "real" camera to capture it all. Enjoy!

h.Naoto fashion show at Otakon

Otakon welcomed Japanese designer Hirooka Naoto, and his brand h.naoto as a special guest this year. In addition to various autograph sessions and a portfolio review for aspiring designers, Hirooka Naoto showed off his work at a fashion show. Each look was extremely detailed, and pictures can hardly capture the intricate and elegant deconstruction that is h.Naoto. As you will notice, some of the pictures are of the large screens that projected the show for everyone too far away to see it in detail. There were a ton of people there, and the room filled up fast!
